Preparation of the remedy


  • Water (4 cups)
  • Honey (1 tsp.)
  • Moringa leaves (10 pretty green)
  • Fresh ginger (85 g.)


Cut the ginger into pieces and boil them in the water for 10 minutes and then add the moringa leaves. Cover the pot and leave it for 5 min.

Strain the drink and add the honey. Drink a cup of this in the morning and before bed.
